Wallingford regatta is your answer. Wallingford Regatta is a highlight of the UK rowing calendar and one of the biggest domestic regattas in Europe. Held at the Olympic rowing venue it attracts 2,400 competitors, numerous spectators and has on average a race every six minutes. Competitors range from juniors and beginners right through to international athletes.
The Regatta provides a unique opportunity to reach a wide cross-section of potential customers, from school children and their parents, to university students, young professionals, and elite athletes. Supporting the Regatta will give your organisation the chance to showcase your latest products, reach thousands of new customers and connect with key representatives from sports clubs all over the country. Whether you are looking to exhibit, place an advert in the programme or sponsor the event we are flexible to meet your individual needs.

Costs are from £90 for pitch with package deals available for race, web and programme sponsorship. please contact email@example.com.
For logistical reasons we are able to offer space only but there is plenty of room for you to install your own shell scheme, and parking is free for exhibitors. This is a flexible package and can be designed to meet your individual needs. e.g. we can come up with a different price if you chose not to have the programme or link.
Some course-side space near to the main car park will be roped off for use by schools and clubs for gazebos; this will operate on a first-come first served basis. There will be no charge for the use of this space.
There will be allocated spaces for those who contact us in advance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. There should also be some space for others on the day but we cannot guarantee this.
- Whilst the area is near the main car park (with 500m to go on the course and near the main spectators marquee) there will be no car parking next to the gazebo pitches.
- Dorney Lake do not allow BBQs to be used on their site.
Parking costs £10 per car. Passes have been sent to the BROE contact for each club for competitors (1 pass per 3 athletes ).
