Following a number of requests, please be aware that we will not be allowing any drone flights at the Regatta on Sunday. The CAA rules are that drones must not be flown:

• within 50 metres of people, vehicles, buildings or structures;
• over congested areas or large gatherings such as concerts and sports events.

As such, we will not allow any drones to be flown on site at Dorney.

We are having a problem adding the draw by club to the main draw page, and so have included the draw by club as a separate page, which means that the cross links back to the events and races will not work.  Apologies.

The draw will be published on Thursday 28^th April, this is to enable crew changes to take place via the entries secretary until then. All crews that have been accepted have been notified via BROE, if you are not sure, please check on BROE or via your club’s entries secretary.

Meanwhile, the race timetable is available.

Information packs, including car park passes are being sent out to the BROE contacts this weekend; it is your responsibility to make sure you get a pass. Cars arriving at the Regatta without a pass will be charged the £10 entry fee with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Only definite spaces in the regatta as follows:
Chall 8+, Chall 4+, J16 8+, J15 A&B 8+ all other events which are open are for waiting places ONLY. Events not listed have FULL waiting lists

We have received over 560 entries in the first 20 hours and a number of events are now oversubscribed. We have suspended events on BROE which already have a number on a waiting list or have received limited entries. If an event is still open you may not be accepted, but you will be on a waiting list.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – for entries made after 18:00hrs on 13th April PLEASE DO NOT PAY until you have been accepted. If you have already made an entry PLEASE PAY ASAP.

Where the heats of an event were run as time trials, the final for that event shows the winner based on the times in the time trial.

(1815) Racing finished. There will be a delay while the results of the time trials are calculated.

Due to the current forecast for strong persistent wind, we have a contingency plan to run time trials, followed by finals with the fastest crews. Should it not be possible to run finals we will award positions based on the time trial results.
