A decision on whether you will be able to compete or not will be made nearer the time by The Regatta Chairman, The Entries Secretary and The Staffing Manager. Remember that the priority lies with supporting club events.

What role?

Shifts at Dorney Lake can start as early as 5.30am and can finish as late as 10pm! Obviously the more volunteers we have, the more the workload can be shared and a suitable rota can be drawn up within each team.

Perks of volunteering

Obviously volunteering in general makes you feel great, you get to meet a whole load of great people, enjoy the delights of Dorney lake in the sunshine, etc. but to make you feel even better this year all volunteers will:

• Be provided with a packed lunch (sadly we can’t cater for dietary requirements beyond vegetarian).
• Be given a regatta T-Shirt. If you sign up by midnight on the 21st April we will be able to get you a t-shirt in the right size.  Please tell us what size you would like.
